Out of Stock: All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email.
Cash on Delivery:

Damaged Goods:
If you receive your order and it has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@armafusa.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their shipping address is complete and correct. Armaf USA will not be liable for lost/stolen packages due to incorrect/incomplete shipping address. In the case that you provide an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@armafusa.com to make the corrections necessary.
Any orders that are returned by the shipping carrier due to incorrect/incomplete address or for being unclaimed at delivery, we will have to charge a fee to ship the order once again. If you decide to request a cancelation/refund instead, we will cancel/refund your purchase less a shipping fee for the first shipping attempt once it has been returned to us by the shipping carrier.

Return Policy.
We have a 14-days return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@armafusa.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, this means that you will receive a full refund less any shipping costs unless we have made a mistake with your order, whereby, we will cover the return costs.We apologize but we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@armafusa.com.
Damages and Issues.
Please inspect your order upon receiving your package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not open or use the item if you do not intend to keep it.
Exchanges.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Contact us at support@armafusa.com within the 14-days window so that we can assist you with an exchange.
Refunds.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If everything is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank/credit card company to process and post the refund.
