Damaged Goods:

Disclaimer:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their shipping address is complete and correct. Armaf USA will not be liable for lost/stolen packages due to incorrect/incomplete shipping address. In the case that you provide an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@armafusa.com to make the corrections necessary.

Any orders that are returned by the shipping carrier due to incorrect/incomplete address or for being unclaimed at delivery, we will have to charge a fee to ship the order once again. If you decide to request a cancelation/refund instead, we will cancel/refund your purchase less a shipping fee for the first shipping attempt once it has been returned to us by the shipping carrier.

Shipping to the following States and Territories can takes 3-6 weeks to be delivered. This is due to fragrances being classified as flammable hazardous materials (HAZMAT) that require ground transportation (they cannot be shipped by air). As there are no ground shipping options from the continental U.S. to offshore locations, the only shipping option is by sea which can take longer than the estimated delivery date provided at checkout.
